What kind of plant?
Turns out... that is an interesting question. At first, I thought it was a Zantedeschia aethiopica Calla (Calla Lily).
But recent comments have me thinking it is one of the 35 (approx) known species of Spathiphyllum (Likely: Mauna Loa Peace Lily [aka Peace Lily] ).
